Danny O. Humble

Danny Humble, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at home on November 7, 2025, surrounded by family. Born on March 4, 1962, in Memphis, Tennessee, Danny was a devoted member of Cedarview Church and worked diligently as a floor specialist at Sports Floors in Memphis, Tennessee most of his career.

His spirit and vibrant energy were unmistakable; he was always on the go, whether he was busy in his shop or enjoying the great outdoors. Danny had a passion for life, which extended to his love of playing cards, a pastime that often brought joy and laughter to family gatherings.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Carolyn Humble, who stood by him through thick and thin, and his devoted children: Christal Gonzalez and her children Aiden, Raina, and Jacob; and son David Newman and his wife, Jennifer, along with their children, Clover, Brady and Gabby. Danny is also mourned by his siblings: Brenda, William, and Farley Humble, with whom he shared countless treasured memories.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Humble and Louise Humble, and by brothers Randy and Jerry Humble, who will be remembered fondly by those who knew them.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cedarview Church, located at 2841 MS-305, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same location at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery in Olive Branch.

Danny's unwavering love for his family and friends will be cherished in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the memories he created. He will undoubtedly be missed, but his spirit will remain a guiding light for his family and community.
