Glenn Curran McCabe, 83, a dedicated professional and proud veteran, passed away on March 18, 2026, at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, Mississippi. Born on April 28, 1942, in Norfolk, Virginia, Glenn lived a life marked by commitment to his family, his country, and his community.

Glenn earned his Bachelor's Degree from Arkansas Tech, an achievement that paved the way for a distinguished career. He served with honor in the United States Army, embodying the values of duty and service that would define much of his life. Following his military service, Glenn worked as a division manager for the Memphis Commercial Appeal, where he was respected for his leadership and dedication.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Pauline McCabe, who stood by his side with unwavering support. His family circle also includes his aunt, Bobbie Peters of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his sister, Marcia McCabe McIntyre of Keithville, Louisiana; and cousins Jim McCabe of Mountainburg, Arkansas, Mark McCabe and his wife Matsy of Kansas City, Missouri, and Jan Revaed and her husband Ron of Branson, Missouri. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Louise McCabe.

Glenn’s life was one of quiet strength and steadfast devotion. His legacy endures in the hearts of those who knew him, a testament to a life well-lived. The family will hold a Celebration of Life memorial service at a later date to honor and remember his many contributions and the love he shared.
