Helen Marie White

Helen Marie White, 81, of Hernando, Mississippi passed away at her home surrounded by family on October 20, 2025.

She was born in Hernando, Mississippi on December 7, 1943 and was a devoted mother and homemaker most of her life caring and providing for her family.

Visitation will be from 1 pm until a Celebration of Life Funeral Service beginning at 2 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home - 2470 Highway 51 South, Hernando, Mississippi 38632. Interment will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery in Tate County, Mississippi.

She is survived by her (2) daughters; Phyllis White of Hernando, Mississippi and Lisa Waldrup of Nesbit, Mississippi, (1) son; Steven Dwayne White and his wife, Lisa of Cockrum, Mississippi, (2) Sisters; Nellie Massey of Greenleaf, Mississippi and Betty Moore of Coldwater, Mississippi, (6) grandchildren; Jacob, Nathaniel, Eric, Joshua, Amber and Melissa as well as (9) great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Julia Greer, her daughter, Rhonda Lassiter, (6) sisters; Bonnie Meredith, Gladys Sowell, Scottie Jones, Lucy Chandler, Bessie Barnes, and Dorothy Greer and (3) brothers; James Greer, Buddy Greer, and Lamar Greer.
