Jason T. Jacobi, 53, of Hernando, Mississippi, passed away on October 29, 2025, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Hill-Jacobi; children, Carley and Brady Jacobi; parents, Rebecca and Gene Jacobi; sister, Kathy Perkins (John); and brother, Dave Jacobi (Sherri).
A celebration of Jason’s life will be held Thursday, November 13, at 5:30 p.m., at Broadway Baptist Church in Southaven, Mississippi.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Marfan Foundation in honor of Jason Jacobi.
