Matthew James Kessler

Matthew James Kessler, known affectionately as "Matt," passed away on November 23, 2025, at his home in Coldwater, Mississippi. Born on March 7, 1974, in Florida, Matt made a significant impact in both his personal and professional life as a self-employed construction worker. His skills were renowned; he was a country boy builder whose talents allowed him to create with his hands, capable of building anything that came to mind.

Beyond his professional achievements, Matt was a man of many interests. He found joy in playing pool and engaging in horseshoes, embodying a spirit of camaraderie and competition. His creativity extended to his love for painting, where he expressed himself through vibrant colors and artistic designs.

Matt is survived by his wife, Paige Kessler, who stood by his side throughout their shared journey. He is also survived by his brothers, Simon Kessler, Seth Kessler, and Philip Kessler, as well as his cherished nephews, Alex Kessler and Adam Kessler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Roxanne Kessler, who undoubtedly instilled in him the values of hard work and dedication that defined his life.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date, providing family and friends the opportunity to honor and remember Matt's legacy. His memory will surely live on in the hearts of those who loved him, as they reflect on the rich tapestry of experiences shared with him.
