Nancy Jordan Bryant affectionately known as Tuta, 77, of Hernando, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025, at Baptist Desoto Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones. Born February 23, 1948, in Memphis, Tennessee, Nancy lived a life defined by devotion to her family, steadfast work ethic, and a generous heart that touched all who knew her.
Nancy was the co-owner of Bryant Tire and Service Center in Hernando, MS, where she worked alongside her family and built countless lasting relationships within the community. Her warm smile, steady presence, and willingness to help others made her a beloved figure to customers and friends alike.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Boswell Jordan and Nancy Jordan Hill, and by her sister, Janice Jordan.
Nancy is survived by her son, Paul Bryant (Jennifer), and her daughter, Janet Ward (Patrick). She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Madison O’Conner (Chandler) and Mckennon Rotenberry (Kristen), who were a constant source of pride and joy. She is also survived by her brothers Johnny Jordan (Debbie) and Eddie Gossett Sr. (Taffy), and her sisters Mary Gho (Alan) and Bobbie Hood. In addition, Nancy leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
A visitation only will be held on Saturday, December 6th, at Brantley Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando, MS, from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM. (2470 Highway 51 South)
Nancy’s family will remember her for her kindness, resilience, and unwavering love.
