Patrick was the cherished son of Harold and JoAnne McBroome, both of whom preceded him in death. From an early age, Patrick embodied the warmth and kindness for which the McBroome family is known. He received his education at Elliston Baptist Academy in Memphis, Tennessee, where he began building a foundation of strong work ethic and enduring friendships that would last a lifetime.

For many years, Patrick dedicated himself professionally as an inspector, retiring from the Precision Engineering Corporation in Oxford, Mississippi. His commitment to integrity and diligence in his work were hallmarks of his career, and he was highly regarded by his colleagues and all who knew him in the professional community.

Beyond his career, Patrick found great joy in the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, always eager for moments spent in nature’s tranquility. Patrick also took delight in adventure, particularly mud riding on 4 wheelers and side-by-sides with friends. These gatherings were filled with laughter and camaraderie, reflecting his fun-loving spirit and genuine nature.

Patrick's love for his family was steadfast. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Ashley McGuire, his brother, Stan McBroome and his wife Sherry, and his sister, Joye McBroome, his nieces Kim Britt Wilson and her husband, Brett and Kelsey McBroome as well as his great nephew, Jensen May.
