Perry Dean Pollard, a dedicated and accomplished maintenance engineer, passed away on June 10, 2026, at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee. Born on July 14, 1953, in Osceola, Arkansas, Perry was a man whose life was marked by commitment, skill, and the joy he found in both his work and leisure.

Perry loved the Lord with all his heart, mind, and soul. He was a true disciple of Jesus Christ whose life reflected his deep faith and love for God. His mission was to spread the Gospel and share the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone he met. Perry's unwavering faith, kind spirit, and dedication to serving the Lord touched many lives.

A proud graduate of Osceola High School, Class of 1972, Perry continued his education with advanced HVAC courses at Houston Community College and further enriched his knowledge at East Hill Bible College in Bartlett, Tennessee, where he graduated in 2016. His lifelong commitment to learning and growth complemented his extensive career, which spanned more than four decades. Perry served with distinction as a Maintenance Engineer at Belz Enterprises in Memphis, Tennessee, earning a reputation for being both dependable and trustworthy. His professional journey also included roles as a Maintenance Supervisor at notable companies such as Frito Lay Inc., Harry Reed & Company, and JMB Properties.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Perry was known for his engaging personality and his passionate involvement in his hobbies. He was an avid golfer, bowler, and fisherman—a sportsman who achieved remarkable success in bowling as a State Champion and who bowled multiple perfect 300 games. These activities brought him great joy and a chance to connect with others who shared his interests.

Perry is survived by his loving wife, Sue Pollard, who stood by him with unwavering support. He also leaves behind his brothers Danny Pollard, Donny Pollard, Dick Pollard, and Bobby Pollard, as well as his sister, Penny Richmond. Perry was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Helen Pollard, and by his brothers Jimmy Pollard, Johnny Pollard, Timmy Pollard, and Sidney Pollard Jr., along with his sisters Patty Watson, Martha Harris, and Janet Smith. The legacy of family relationships and deep bonds will continue to honor Perry’s memory.

A Celebration of Life will be arranged and held at a later date, providing friends and loved ones the opportunity to come together, reflect, and celebrate the many dimensions of Perry’s life. His presence, dedication, and achievements have left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him.
