Roxanne Radwan Howard, born on October 22, 1967, in Virginia, passed away at her home in Hernando, Mississippi, on February 22, 2026. She was cherished by many and will be fondly remembered for her unwavering spirit and devotion to her family, faith, and church community.
Roxanne was a proud graduate of Senatobia High School in Senatobia, Mississippi. She dedicated much of her career to the retail sector, spending many years at Wal-Mart in Hernando, where her friendly demeanor and dedication made her a beloved figure among customers and coworkers alike.
A faithful member of Victory Baptist Church in Hernando for many years, Roxanne found solace and strength in her faith. Her love for Jesus and her church community were evident in her daily life, and she made a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Roxanne was also a person of diverse interests, enjoying the music of Alan Jackson and passionately supporting the Dallas Cowboys. Her personality shone brightly, and she brought joy to those around her through her warmth and kindness.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kasie Howard-Teel and her husband Nathan of Hernando, Mississippi; her son, Jason Sugg and his wife Misty of Coldwater, Mississippi; and her cherished grandchildren, Jasee and Lane. Their lives have all been deeply enriched by her love and nurturing presence.
In honoring her memory, Roxanne will be remembered for her unwavering faith, love for her family, and the joy she brought to many. A visitation will be held on February 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both taking place at the Victory Baptist Church, located at 4353 Hwy 51 S, Hernando, MS 38632. Those who knew and loved Roxanne are invited to come together to celebrate her life and the many ways she touched the hearts of others.
