Sandra Phillips Carver

Sandra Phillips Carver, born on September 12, 1964, in Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on February 6, 2026, at her father's home in Hernando, Mississippi. Sandra was employed at J.E. Phillips and Sons Inc., a trucking company located in Memphis, TN until summer 2025. She also worked some as a floral designer at Pugh’s Flowers for several years. 

Sandra is survived by her two daughters, Amanda Taylor and her husband Chris of Senatobia, MS, and Ashley Carver of Hernando, MS. She is also cherished by her father, Billy Ray Phillips, and his wife Linda of Hernando, MS, as well as her sister, LaDina Brunetti of Hernando, MS and her stepdaughter Anna Carver Smith and her husband, Aaron. Sandra's memory will also be fondly held by her aunt, Kathy Winn Fisher. Among her beloved companions was her dog, Travis, who provided her with loyal companionship.

Sandra's legacy will continue through her family and friends who loved her dearly. A celebration of life memorial service is not scheduled at this time.

She was preceded in death by her mother , B.J. Winn Bedgood her brother, Louie Smith; her grandparents, J.E. and Minnie Irene Phillips and Roy and Dot Winn. Sandra's vibrant spirit and unwavering devotion to her family will leave a lasting impression on the hearts of all who knew her.
