Throughout her life, Vicki was known for her deep love for her family. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Cimorelli, her children—her daughter Toni Meyers and sons Troy Meyers and Travis Meyers—her brother, John Edward Thibeault, and a cherished group of grandchildren: Peyton, Stefin, Koda, Luke, Jace, and Noah. She is also remembered dearly by her fiance Matt Minor. Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Marcel Thibeault.

She earned her associates degree, demonstrating a drive to learn and grow, and spent most of her career as a tax preparer, where her diligence and attention to detail served many over the years.
